TALLADEGA — Twenty-two Talladega College students were officially inducted into the American Criminal Justice Association Lambda Alpha Epsilon on Tuesday at Talladega College’s Savery Library.
To qualify, students must be majoring in criminal justice or a similar field and maintain a grade-point average of at least 2.5. There are many benefits to joining the association, including hands-on training and professional writing development.
“The purpose and goal of this organization is to expose students to their potential career and to prepare them professionally on how they can better serve their community,” said Dr. Keith Ray, head of the college’s Criminal Justice Department. “We are just so proud of the students and their hard work.”
